How will the Alamo City will develop over the next 10 years? More housing development, businesses, and an expanded college campus – just what San Antonio needs to become a world class city. That’s according to Centro San Antonio, which announced its ‘Downtown Tomorrow’ strategy Tuesday.

UTSA’s new School of Data Science is one of the projects taking the lead in making downtown stand out. City officials say this is an epicenter of high-tech research and education.

San Pedro 1, the new home for UTSA’s downtown campus linked to San Antonio’s downtown core.

“We’re doing economic development and social mobility with this work,” says Salazar.
