The San Antonio Marathon, debuting December 5–7, 2025, marks the beginning of an exciting new era for endurance events in the Alamo City. Replacing the long-running Rock ’n’ Roll San Antonio Marathon, the new locally organized race showcases San Antonio’s culture, history, neighborhoods, and vibrant community spirit. Designed to be more immersive, more meaningful, and more authentically San Antonio, this event is set to become one of the city’s premier annual traditions.
