Armed with red roses, a San Antonio woman on Monday set out with a mission to make people smile.
In a video uploaded to TikTok by Centro San Antonio, a public-private nonprofit that aims to beautify downtown, an unidentified employee of the organization is seen walking up to seven dazed-looking strangers at the Alamo, River Walk and other notable sites.
